The Axel, a new hotel concept, urban and cosmopolitan, carefully designed and directed to the gay public (heterofriendly). The hotel has been constructed in a late 19th Century remodelled building, maintaining its original facade and spectacular acid glass windows from the first part of the modern era. Its interior spaces, totally reformed, have been carefully treated so that comfort and design merge in a cosmopolitan, urban ambience. Vitra furniture. Kartell and Swan, Kenzo material, mosaic floors and Emilio Leukona´s light boxes are part of the exclusive Axel universe.
