Assaggi Bar/Restaurant For moments of relaxation, guests can choose between the Assaggi bar for a quick snack, or the Assaggi restaurant where they can savour flavour some delicacies of local and international cuisine. The Assaggi restaurant inside the hotel is illuminated by five large windows overlooking a barrier of greenery. The cuisine is international, but every day it also offers typical dishes from the local tradition accompanied by the most famous Tuscan wines.
