The Restaurant at The Royal York uses the freshest local produce to create a dining experience which changes on a daily basis and offers the best seasonal menu to you. We are the only Brighton restaurant where you are invited to choose your food from a display of the days freshest available produce featuring locally caught fish, seafood and locally farmed poultry and meat. Your selection will then be cooked to order for you - which means we can offer a good range of vegetarian options and, because food is cooked specifically for you, we can cater for many special diets (please enquire on booking for specific dietary needs).
